Exploit Technologies to Divest Part of Its Shares in Buzzcity to Myriad International Holdings Bv for US$1 Million		Exploit Technologies Awards Close to $2M Flagship Funding to IMCB to Develop Antibacterial and Antifungal Compounds
Singapore, 13 August 2009 – Exploit Technologies, the marketing and commercialisation arm of A*STAR, today announced it has entered into an agreement to divest part of its shares in Buzzcity Pty Ltd (“BuzzCity”) to Myriad International Holdings BV (“MIH”) for US$1 million.		Singapore, 31 July 2009 – Exploit Technologies announced today that an S$1.99 million Flagship Fund has been awarded to a research team at IMCB who will work on the development of antibacterial and antifungal compounds. When ready, the technology could change the playing field for companies in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
